Navigating TrueCIP

MID's Irrigation services portal for agricultural water customers.

Here's how to access your account information.
For assistance, please call the irrigation field office at (209) 526-7639, Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM.

Sign in to access your account.

The TrueCIP Irrigation Services Portal is located at https://irrigation.mid.org. Once your account has been approved you will be able to login using the username and password you created. You will see the customer ID(s) associated with your TrueCIP account.

View your account details

If you have multiple Customer IDs, each Customer ID will be displayed in an information box. View the Bill and Payment History, Water Consumption and Deliveries for each Customer ID. If a balance is due, a Pay Your Bill button will be visible in each Customer ID information box.

Use the links in each information box to view details for that Customer ID.

View your transaction activity

Click on View Billing History to view your current balance, transaction activity and Installment Invoices (pdf)

View your billing activity summary and Installment Invoices.

Click on View Billing History to view your Billing Activity Summary and Installment Invoices. Use the Installment links in the Billing Activity table to download your installment invoices (pdf).

View your payment history.

Click on View Billing History. Scroll to the bottom of the Bill History page to view your payment history.

View your account consumption.

To view your water consumption for the current year click on Account Consumption from the home page. You may also look at previous years by clicking the arrows " << ".

View your account deliveries and irrigation events.

To view your account deliveries click on Account Deliveries from the home page

Account Deliveries page will give you information on each location under the account.

Click Irrigation Events to see past water deliveries for that field. a. "View Details" displays CFS.

Navigate to the Home screen

You can navigate to the Home screen from anywhere within the TrueCIP portal by clicking "Home" in the upper right-hand corner.

Change your password or update your profile

To change your password or edit your profile, navigate to the home page. Look for the links near the top of the home page. Click change your password or edit your profile and modify the information you want to change.
