Irrigation Pump Rental Service is being offered to MID irrigation customers to rent and use pumping equipment outside of irrigation season.

What is TrueCIP - MID Irrigation Services Portal?

MID Irrigation Services Portal - TrueCIP is an online application that gives irrigation customers the ability to immediately access up-to-date account information including your water usage anytime and anywhere.

Follow the steps below to set up your new account. If you need assistance, please call Irrigation Operations at (209) 526-7639, Mon.- Fri. 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and we'll help you get set up.

Set up your account

  1. Browse to the web site:
    Using your Web Browser, go to the MID Irrigation Services Portal:

  2. Apply for a New MID Irrigation Services Portal Account
    You will see a login page. If you don't yet have an MID Irrigation Services Portal account, click the link that says "Apply for an Account".

  3. Fill out and submit the new user information form.
    If you have multiple customer ID #'s, be sure to enter all of them in the "Customer #" box. You may modify the Security Question to a question of your choice. Click "Submit."

  4. Your User Account is created with limited access.
    After you click "Submit", your user account will be created. Your access will be limited until the MID Irrigation Department has verified and approved the account. Once the screen below appears,click "Continue".

  5. Verify your information.
    Verify that your site profile information is correct. If you need to change any information, you may do so by clicking "Edit Your Profile". If necessary, correct your information and click "Save Profile".

  6. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved. You should be able to fully access your account at that time. Please log out until the approval e-mail is received.
