How It Works
- Download the Energy Audit Request Form below.
- Mail completed Energy Audit Request Form to: PO Box 4060 Modesto, CA 95352-4060 or email Energy Services.
- Once your form is received, an Energy Services Representative will contact you within one week to go over energy consumption and/or schedule your appointment.
