Register for online access to your MID Account

Step 1 - Sign up for an online account

You can REGISTER for a new MID Customer Self Service Account by filling in the registration form with the following information:

  • Email Address
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Password

Your password must:

  • Be 8 or more characters.
  • Contain at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter.
  • Contain at least 1 number (09)

When you have submitted the completed form, you will receive an email confirming that your MID Self Service Account has been created. Click the link in the confirmation email to verify your email address and complete registration.

Step 2 - Account enrollment

Once you have complete registration, you'll need to add your MID account.

  • Enter your 10-digit account number. Your account number can be found on the top left corner of your MID bill.

After entering the account number, you'll be asked to provide a phone number.

  • The phone number used must be the primary phone number associated with your MID account.
 

Step 3 Personalize your online MID account

On the dashboard you'll see options to set up your payment methods and schedule payments.

How MID Customer Self Service keeps your information safe:

  • Email/Password: Unique identifiers that only you know.
  • SSL (secure socket layers): Keeps your connection and transactions secure from outside inquiry.
  • Data Encryption: Makes your information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
