MID Board Meetings
Meetings are held at 9 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Board Room at the MID main office, 1231 Eleventh Street, Modesto. Additional meetings may be scheduled on other Tuesdays. Board meetings are also streamed live for those who are unable to attend. View past recorded Board meetings and agendas below.

Meeting Procedures of the MID Board of Directors
Instructions for Participating in MID Board Meeting via Zoom Webinar or Phone
Members of the public may participate in the meeting either in-person or remotely. Those participating remotely may do so by utilizing Zoom’s webinar feature or through a phone number listed in the Agenda.
Members of the public may also email public comments on a specific agenda item or on items not on the agenda (general public comment) by 3:00 p.m. on the day preceding the Board meeting to the Board Secretary. Email Angela Cartisano directly or email the Board general mailbox. Such written comments will be provided to the Board, made available to the Public at the meeting, and identified in the minute record of the Board Meeting.
