MID Board Meetings
California law requires the MID Board of Directors to give notice of its meetings, allow the public to attend and comment and make decisions in meetings that are open to the public. Meetings are held at 9 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Board Room at the MID main office, 1231 Eleventh Street, Modesto. Additional meetings may be scheduled on other Tuesdays. Board meetings are also streamed live for those who are unable to attend. View past recorded Board meetings and agendas below.

Spanish translations of Board meeting agendas are available through the online agenda viewer.
To view an agenda in Spanish, open the agenda and select the “Translate” link located in the upper-left corner of the page. Then choose Spanish (Español) from the available language options. The agenda will automatically be translated for your convenience.

Instructions for Participating in MID Board Meeting via Zoom Webinar or Phone
Members of the public may participate in Board meetings either in-person or remotely.
Individuals requiring reasonable accommodations to participate in a meeting, including disability related modifications, auxiliary aids, or accommodations for personal translation services, are encouraged to contact the Board Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Remote participation is available through Zoom Webinar or by telephone using the access information provided in the meeting agenda.
Members of the public may also email public comments on a specific agenda item or on items not on the agenda (general public comment) by 3 p.m. on the day preceding the Board meeting to the Board Secretary. Email Angela Cartisano directly or email the Board general mailbox. Such written comments will be provided to the Board, made available to the Public at the meeting, and identified in the minute record of the Board Meeting.
