MID Payment Center
For Residential and Small Commercial accounts

View your current balance or make a payment using your credit card, debit card, certain ATM cards, checking or savings account.

A convenience fee of $3.50 for residential and $13.95 for small commercial accounts is charged by Western Union for all forms of payment through this payment option. This convenience fee is not charged or collected by MID.

Payments made online prior to 5pm will be posted to your account the next business day.

If your electric services has been disconnected for non-payment, please call MID with your payment confirmation number.

Payment Due Date Change

MID electric bills will be due in 20 days starting with bills issued Feb. 1. Check the payment due date in the upper right corner of your MID bill. This date is the last day your payment can be received by MID without a late fee. After this date, your payment will be past due and you will be charged.

Online banking customers: Visit your bank's web site and check the date when your bill payment is actually scheduled. You may need to change this date. Otherwise, your bill payment may arrive late and you will be charged a late fee.
