19 - Continuity Of Service
19.1 Continuity of Service.
The duties performed by employees of the District
as part of their employment pertain to
and are essential to the operation
of a public utility and the welfare of the public dependent
thereon. Employees shall not partially or totally abstain
from the performance of their duties including overtime
for the District.
