Automatic Bill Pay (ABP) authorizes MID to deduct funds from your account (bank, savings and loan, or credit union) each month to pay your MID bill. ABP ensures that your MID bill is always paid on time. You receive a monthly statement and have 10 calendar days from the statement date to review it before the payment is deducted from your account.

To sign up

1. Fill out and sign the application form.
2. Attach a blank check drawn on the bank account you want to use to pay your electric bills. The name on the customer's MID account must be the same as the name on the bank account.
3. Write 'VOID" on the check.
4. Return the completed form and voided check to MID
   1. with your next MID payment,
   2. Bring it to one of our locations or
   3. mail in a separate envelope with the correct postage to
      MID, PO Box 4060, Modesto, CA 95352-4060.
