Reliability
MID's system average customer outage time was 61 minutes per customer in 2004. System upgrades and an aggressive tree-trimming program promote reliability
Resources & Transmission Access
To provide cost stability and resource flexibility, MID has a diverse resource mix. This includes MID -owned facilities, purchase power contracts, and transmission access. MID -owned resources include hydro, gas, and coal generation plants.
