MPower New Home is an environmentally responsible program that provides both builders and homeowners economic and environmental incentives to design and build energy-efficient homes.
This program meets the ENERGY STAR® guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy. MID MPower New Home builders become ENERGY STAR partners, and their homes may earn the widely recognized ENERGY STAR mark.
