Title 2 - Recognition
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW),
Local 1245 hereinafter referred to as the “Union” is
recognized as the exclusive representative for the classifications
in each bargaining unit listed in Appendix A of this Memorandum
of Understanding.
