Paul Warda, Director, Division 4 (northwest area) was appointed to
the Board in mid-1994 and then elected in 1997, 2001, and 2005. An area resident
since 1945, he is a walnut farmer and retired vice president of printing operations
for Tenet Health Care Systems. Mr. Warda is active in a variety of local organizations. Mr. Warda
is the 2008 Board President.
