Tom Van Groningen, Director, Division 3 (northeast area) was elected
to the Board in 1997, 2001, and 2005. A Modesto resident since 1974, he served
as Yosemite Community College District Chancellor from 1976-1992. He is active
in professional organizations and the community. Mr. Van Groningen is the 2008 Board Vice President.
